About Tanya

I've spent more than 20 years as a family law solicitor in Melbourne, with a particular focus on property settlement. I've sat beside hundreds of people through the hardest negotiation of their lives, and I've watched preparation, or the lack of it, decide outcomes again and again.

Most people can't afford to have a lawyer hold their hand through every step. And honestly, they shouldn't need to. So much of what makes the difference, understanding the process, organising your documents, being ready emotionally, is knowledge, not law.

Divorce Logistics exists to put that knowledge in your hands. Written for people going through separation, especially women who are feeling overwhelmed by the process, but open to everyone.

I still practise, and I consult to law firms across Victoria. This is the other half of my working life, making sure the system makes sense to the people going through it.
